苦参治疗特应性皮炎相关机制

The Mechanism of Kushen in Treating Atopic Dermatitis

从纠正免疫紊乱、改善皮肤屏障功能、调节肠道菌群、抗马拉色菌4方面入手探讨苦参治疗特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)的相关机制,指出AD的发病机制较为复杂,尚未形成系统性认识,以免疫功能紊乱为主,存在皮肤屏障功能与微生物等因素的影响;中药苦参为清热燥湿要药,现代药理作用广泛,其有效活性成分涉及免疫、肿瘤、心血管等方面。

Atopic dermatitis(AD) is a hereditary allergic skin disease characterized by severe itching and repeated attacks. The pathogenesis of AD is relatively complex and has not yet formed a systematic understanding,the disease is fundamentally based on immune dysfunction, affected by skin barrier function and microbiology;traditional Chinese Medicine Kushen(Sophora flavescens) is the important medicine to clear heat and dry dampness,its modern pharmacological action is extensive, and its active ingredients involve immunity, tumor, cardiovascular and others. The author discusses the relevant mechanism of Kushen in the treatment for AD from the aspects of correcting immune disorders, improving skin barrier function, regulating intestinal flora and inhibiting malassezia.
