从筋骨并重角度出发,探讨补肾活血中药治疗膝骨性关节炎的机制,指出“筋骨并重”理论倡导注重“筋与骨”的矛盾关系,以恢复骨关节功能与结构稳定为目标;临床多应用补肾活血中药治疗膝骨性关节炎,主要通过“调补肝肾”“强壮筋骨”改善患者关节活动受限、疼痛、肿胀等症状,修复软骨组织。

The mechanism of herbs of kidney-invigorating blood-activating in the treatment for knee osteoarthritis(KOA)was discussed based on the theory of"muscles and bones",the theory of"muscles and bones"advocates paying attention to the contradictory relationship between muscles and bones by aiming at bone and joint functional recovery and structural stability;more clinical application could improve the symptoms of limited joint movement,pain,swelling and repair cartilage tissue mainly through regulating and invigorating liver and kidney,stronging muscles and bones.
