基于数据挖掘技术的针灸治疗肩手综合征选穴规律研究

Research on the Rules of Acupoint Selection in Acupuncture Treatment of Shoulder Hand Syndrome Based on Data Mining Technology

目的:探讨针灸治疗肩手综合征的临床选穴规律。方法:检索各主要中文数据库中有关针灸治疗肩手综合征的临床研究文献,全文阅读并建立数据库,采用数据挖掘技术进行统计分析,寻找针灸治疗肩手综合征的选穴规律。结果:共纳入相关文献157篇,患者7506例,腧穴101个,腧穴频次1215次,腧穴总频次59294次,其中上肢腧穴总频次占85.50%(50698/59294),特定穴总频次占63.19%(37469/59294),手三阳经腧穴总频次占71.20%(42 215/59 294)。结论:针灸治疗肩手综合征具有局部选穴、多选用特定穴、重视手三阳经腧穴等特点,其规律可循。

Objective:To discuss the rules of clinical acupoint selection in acupuncture therapy of shoulder hand syndrome(SHS).Methods:Clinical research literature about acupuncture in the treatment for shoulder hand syndrome was retrieved in the main Chinese databases,to establish the database after full text reading,perform statistical analysis using data mining technology,and to find out the rules of clinical acupoint selection in acupuncture therapy of shoulder hand syndrome.Results:Altogether 157 related papers were included,involving 7506 patients,101 acupoints,acupoint frequency 1215 times,total frequency of acupoints 59294 times,among them,the ratio of total frequency of acupoints in upper limbs was 85.50%(50698/59294),the ratio of total frequency of specific acupoints 63.19%(37469/59294),and the ratio of total frequency of acupoints of hand meridians of three Yang 71.20%(42215/59294).Conclusion:Acupuncture in treating shoulder hand syndrome has the features of local selection of acupoints,selecting the specific acupoints more,paying attention to the acupoints of hand meridians of three Yang and others,and it's regular to select the acupoints.
