喉内镜下超声雾化联合针刺治疗声带小结疗效观察及对血液流变性的影响

Observation on Clinical Effects of Ultrasonic Nebulization Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Vocal Nodules under Laryngoscope and Its Influence on Hemorheology

目的:观察喉内镜下超声雾化联合针刺治疗声带小结临床疗效及对血液流变性的影响。方法:将声带小结患者168例随机分为研究组和对照组各84例,对照组进行超声雾化治疗,研究组在此基础上应用针刺治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、嗓音分析效果、血液流变性、生活质量及不良反应。结果:研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者咽喉疼痒、单侧声带充血、轻微咳嗽、喉部异物感、喉部干燥及不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者基频微扰、微扰、嗓音障碍指数等嗓音评分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者全血还原黏度、血沉、红细胞压积、血沉方程K值、红细胞聚集指数优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者语言、精神、认知以及饮食功能均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:喉内镜下超声雾化联合针刺可有效改善声带小结患者血液流变性指标以及生活质量,减少不良反应发生率,疗效优于单纯超声雾化治疗。

Objective: To observe curative effects of ultrasonic nebulization and acupuncture in treating vocal nodules under laryngoscope and its influence on hemorheology. Methods: All 168 patients were randomized into the study group and the control group randomly, 84 cases each group, the control group were treated by ultrasonic nebulization, and the study group by acupuncture based on Western medicine, to observe clinical effects, voice analysis effect, hemorheology, quality of life and adverse reaction of both groups. Results: Clinical effects of the study group were superior to these of the control group(P<0.05);the study group was lower than the control group in the incidence of sore throat, unilateral vocal cord congestion, slight cough, laryngeal foreign body sensation,laryngeal dryness and adverse reaction(P<0.05);the study group was better than the control group in voice scores including fundamental frequency perturbation, perturbation, voice disorder index and others(P<0.05);after treating,the study group was superior to the control group in whole blood reduced viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate,K value of ESR equation and erythrocyte aggregation index(P<0.05);the study group was better than the control group in language function, mental function, cognitive function and diet function(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasonic nebulization and acupuncture under laryngoscope could effectively improve the indexes of hemorheology and quality of life, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction in treating the patients with vocal nodules, and its effects are better than these of simple ultrasonic nebulization.
