基于代谢组学的冠心病不同证候研究进展

Research Progress of Different Syndromes of Coronary Heart Disease Based on Metabolomics

从代谢组学角度,对近年来探讨冠心病发病机制、冠心病不同中医证候及其相关生物标志物的文献进行简要综述,指出代谢组学技术对冠心病及其不同证型研究具有重要作用;“证候”基础研究是中、西医两种医学体系深层次沟通的必由途径,以代谢组学这种定性定量的方法和技术研究中医“证”的诊断和评价指标,将为中医证候规范化及建立中医疗效评价指标体系提供借鉴。

From the perspective of metabolomics, the literature on the pathogenesis and different TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease(CHD) as well as the related biomarkers were reviewed briefly in the recent years, it is pointed out that the technology of metabolomics plays an important role in the study of CHD and different syndromes;basic study on "the syndromes"is the only way of deep communication between TCM and Western medicine, metabolomics is a qualitative and quantitative method and technology to study the diagnosis and evaluation index of "syndrome" in traditional Chinese medicine, which could provide the reference and the possibility for TCM syndrome standardization and the establishment of TCM efficacy evaluation index system.
