中医药对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者肠道菌群的调节作用

Effects of TCM on Regulating Intestinal Flora in the Patients with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

从肠道菌群失调促进非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-al coholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的形成、肠黏膜屏障损伤是肠道菌群紊乱致使NAFLD形成的关键环节、中医药通过调节肠道菌群干预NAFLD的形成、中医药通过保护肠黏膜屏障而干预NAFLD的形成4方面入手探讨中医药对NAFLD患者肠道菌群的调节作用,指出深入探讨中医病证结合与肠道菌群的变化关系,阐明中医药对肠道菌群以及肠道稳态的调节作用及其机制,可以为从整体层面阐明中医药调节NAFLD患者肠道菌群的作用机制提供新思路;另外采用目前最新的生物技术检测肠道菌群,可提高中医药的研究水平,促进中医药现代化,为NAFLD的防治提供新思路。

The effects of TCM on regulating intestinal flora in the patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) were discussed from the formation of NAFLD induced by intestinal flora imbalance, intestinal mucosal barrier injury as the key link of intestinal flora imbalance causing the formation of NAFLD, TCM intervention in the formation of NAFLD through regulating intestinal flora, and TCM intervention in the formation of NAFLD through protecting intestinal mucosal barrier, it was pointed out that discussing the correlation of TCM disease combined with syndrome with the changes of intestinal flora further, elucidating the effects of TCM on regulating intestinal flora and intestinal homeostasis and its mechanism could provide new thinking for elucidating TCM mechanism on the whole;besides, adopting the latest biological technique to detect intestinal flora could raise the levels of the studies on TCM, promote TCM modernization, which could provide new thinking for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
