摘要
针对油田开发过程中产生大量含油污泥处理困难的问题,文章研究将含油污泥应用于注水井调剖。重点评价阻力系数、残余阻力系数及封堵率3项物模实验指标,通过实验初步确定含油污泥颗粒粒径与储层渗透率的匹配关系:500 mD—0.02 mm;1000 mD—(0.02~0.06 mm);2000 mD—(0.1~0.3 mm),对储层具有较好的封堵及耐冲刷性能;同时含油污泥在水驱油藏具有较好的注入性能,在地层条件下能够充分利用颗粒对孔隙结构进行封堵,含油污泥用于注水井调剖,不仅是含油污泥再利用的有效方法,也为油田综合治理、降低生产成本提供了一项技术措施。
In the process of oil field development,along with the production of crude oil,a lot of oily sludge has been produced.Herein,oily sludge is developed to profile control of water injection wells.This paper focuses on the evaluation of three models of resistance coefficient,residual resistance coefficient and plugging rate.The matching relationship between sludge particles and reservoir permeability is preliminarily determined through experiments:500 mD—0.02 mm,1000 mD—(0.02-0.06 mm),and 2000 mD—(0.1-0.3 mm).Sludge has better plugging and erosion resistance performance.In addition,sludge particles have better injection performance in fractured reservoir,and can make full use of particle bridging theory to enter pore structure under formation conditions.Therefore,the use of oily sludge in profile control of water injection well is not only an effective method for the reuse of oily sludge,but also a technical measure for the comprehensive treatment of oil field and the reduction of production cost.
