集束化激励式心理干预在急诊重症监护室机械通气清醒患者撤机中的应用

Application of cluster incentive psychological intervention in removing the ventilator of conscious patients with mechanical ventilation in emergency intensive care unit

目的:分析集束化激励式心理干预在急诊重症监护室机械通气清醒患者撤机中的应用效果。方法:2017年10月-2019年10月收治行机械通气的重症患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理基础上加用集束化激励式心理干预措施,比较两组患者撤机后状态。结果:观察组通气时间、再插管率以及病死率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过集束化激励式心理干预措施的应用,能够帮助行机械通气的患者更好地接受治疗,降低患者病死率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of cluster incentive psychological intervention in removing the ventilator of conscious patients with mechanical ventilation in emergency intensive care unit.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2019,80 cases of patients who treated with mechanical ventilation were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing mode,while the observation group was given cluster incentive psychological intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The status of patients between two groups was compared.Results:The ventilation time,re-intubation rate and fatality rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the application of cluster incentive psychological intervention measures,it can help patients who undergoing mechanical ventilation to receive better treatment and reduce the mortality rate of them.
