探讨拜阿司匹林和氯吡格雷治疗低灌注性脑梗死的效果及有效率

Investigation on the efficacy and effective rate of aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of low perfusion cerebral infarction

目的:探究低灌注性脑梗死患者接受拜阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合治疗的效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治低灌注性脑梗死患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上实施拜阿司匹林治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上实施拜阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合治疗,比较两组临床疗效、凝血功能及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后血小板聚集率(MPAR)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶原时间(PT)及活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)水平均低于对照组,凝血酶时间(TT)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低灌注性脑梗死患者接受拜阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合治疗,能获得较好的效果,对患者的凝血功能改善较佳,且用药安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of combination of aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with low perfusion cerebral infarction.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,60 patients with low perfusion cerebral infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin on the basis of routine treatment.The experimental group was treated with combination of aspirin and clopidogrel on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,blood coagulation function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of platelet aggregation rate(MPAR),plasma fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of thrombin time(TT)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of aspirin and clopidogrel in patients with low perfusion cerebral infarction can achieve better results,improve the blood coagulation function of the patients,and have higher drug safety.
