Objective:To compare the clinical application effects of cesarean section in lower uterus of transverse incision with high position and two modes of modified cesarean section. Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,100 cases pf patients with indications for cesarean section who were enrolled in our hospital and voluntarily accepted cesarean section were selected, they were divided into two groups according to the modes of cesarean section. The observation group was given modified cesarean section. The control group was delivered by cesarean section in lower uterus of transverse incision with high position. The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the operative time, incision pain time, length of hospital stays were shorter in the observation group, but the amount of bleeding was less, the incidence of complications was lower, the satisfaction rate of pregnant women was higher, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the cesarean section in lower uterus of transverse incision with high position, the modified cesarean section can obviously reduce the operative time, shorten the incision pain time and length of hospital stays, reduce the amount of bleeding, reduce the incidence of complications, the pregnant women are more satisfied,it is worthy of clinical application.
