根据舌诊三焦定位法动态观察舌象治疗新冠肺炎(重型)验案1则

Dynamic observation of tongue image in the treatment of COVID-19(severe)according to the trifocal localization method of tongue diagnosis

舌诊在中医诊断学中占有重要地位,其在外感热病辨证中迅速发展。舌诊三焦定位法是在传统舌诊理论的基础上,将舌诊内容依据上、中、下三焦的具体脏腑区域进行细化,按照三焦来定病位。本文应用舌诊三焦定位法,治疗新冠病毒感染肺炎患者1例,疗效显著。治疗过程紧扣舌象变化,现总结如下。

Tongue diagnosis plays an important role in traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics,and it develops rapidly in syndrome differentiation of exogenous fever.The trifocal location method of tongue diagnosis is based on the traditional theory of tongue diagnosis to refine the content of tongue diagnosis according to the specific viscera areas of upper,middle and lower Sanjiao,and to determine the location of the disease according to Sanjiao.In this paper,the trifocal localization method of tongue diagnosis was used to treat 1 case of novel coronavirus infected with pneumonia,and the curative effect was remarkable.The treatment process is closely related to the changes of tongue image,which is summarized as follows.
