枫蓼肠胃康颗粒联合益生菌治疗肠易激综合征腹泻型疗效评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of Fengliao Changweikang granule combined with probiotics on diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨枫蓼肠胃康颗粒联合益生菌治疗肠易激综合征腹泻型的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年12月收治肠易激综合征腹泻型患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组采用匹维溴铵治疗,试验组采用蓼肠胃康颗粒联合益生菌治疗,比较两组临床疗效及白介素-17(IL-17)与白介素-23(IL-23)水平。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组IL-17、IL-23均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用枫蓼肠胃康颗粒联合益生菌治疗肠易激综合征腹泻型患者能有效提高治疗效果,有利于改善肠道菌群平衡,对下调IL-17、IL-23表达有明显作用。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Fengliao Changweikang granule combined with probiotics in the treatment of diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,64 patients with diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with piveronium bromide.The experimental group was treated with Liaochangweikang granule combined with probiotics.The clinical efficacy and the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IL-17 and IL-23 of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fengliao Changweikang granule combined with probiotics can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the balance of intestinal flora and down-regulate the expression of IL-17 and IL-23 in patients with diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome.
