补阳还五汤加味联合手法治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with manipulation in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis

目的:观察补阳还五汤加味联合手法治疗腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)的临床疗效。方法:2017年7月-2019年12月收治LSS患者102例,随机分为两组,各51例。对照组采用手法治疗,观察组采用手法治疗联合补阳还五汤加味治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后腰椎功能(JOA)各项评分、功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、疼痛(VAS)评分及无痛行走距离均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法治疗可缓解LSS患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能,增加无痛行走距离;联合补阳还五汤加味可使治疗机制更完备,能进一步提高疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with manipulation on lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS).Methods:From July 2017 to December 2019,102 cases of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated by manipulation,while the observation group was treated by manipulation combined with modified Buyang Huanwu decoction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The excellent rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the JOA scale,the ODI scale and the VAS scale,the painless walking distance in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manipulative therapy can relieve pain in patients with LSS,improve lumbar function and increase painless walking distance,combined with modified Buyang Huanwu decoction can make the treatment mechanism more complete and further improve the efficacy.
