在支气管哮喘患者诊断中采取呼出气一氧化氮浓度检测的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析支气管哮喘诊断中呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)浓度检测的应用价值。方法:2019年1-12月收治支气管哮喘患者120例,作为观察组;另取同期健康体检者120例,作为对照组。两组均进行FeNO检测,比较两组肺功能各项指标水平及FeNO水平,并比较观察组患者治疗前后肺功能各项指标水平及FeNO水平。结果:观察组治疗前肺功能各项指标水平均明显低于对照组,FeNO水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后肺功能各项指标水平明显高于治疗前,FeNO水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FeNO浓度检测在诊断支气管哮喘中价值显著,且可以用于判断患者预后效果。 Objective:To analyze the application value of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)concentration in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma patients.Methods:From January to December 2019,120 cases of patients with bronchial asthma were enrolled as the observation group,120 cases of healthy medical examiners in the same period were enrolled as the control group.FeNO test was performed to compare the pulmonary function and FeNO level of the two groups.The pulmonary function and FeNO index levels of the observation group before and after treatment were further compared.Results:The indicator levels of pulmonary function in the observation group before treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,the level of FeNO was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indicator levels of pulmonary function in the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment,the level of FeNO was significantly lower than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)concentration has a significant value in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma,it can be used to judge the prognosis of patients,so it is worth learning and applying.
