精神分裂症患者采取舒适和人性化护理对其失眠症状的改善价值

The value of comfort and humanized nursing on improving the symptoms of insomnia of schizophrenia patients

目的:探讨舒适及人性化护理对伴有失眠症状的精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:2018年3月-2019年12月收治精神分裂症伴失眠患者225例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予舒适和人性化护理,比较两组患者睡眠质量。结果:研究组护理后睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍和日间功能等评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对精神分裂伴失眠症患者实施舒适联合人性化护理,能够有效改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of comfort and humanized nursing on sleep quality of schizophrenic patients with insomnia.Methods:From March 2018 to December 2019,225 cases of schizophrenic patients with insomnia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the study group was given comfort and humanized nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The sleep quality of patients between the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of sleep quality,falling asleep time,sleeping time,sleep disturbance and daytime function of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comfort and humanized nursing for schizophrenic patients with insomnia can effectively improve the sleep quality of them.
