全程无缝隙护理下“前移后延”模式在眼科日间手术患者管理中的应用

Application of"moving forward and postponing"mode in the management of patients with ophthalmic daytime surgery under seamless nursing

目的:探讨全程无缝隙护理下“前移后延”模式在眼科日间患者管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月眼科日间手术患者120例,作为研究组;选取2018年眼科日间手术患者120例,作为对照组。对照组实施常规日间住院护理,研究组在常规日间住院护理基础上实施全程无缝隙护理下“前移后延”。比较两组停手术率、日间转常规住院率及术后并发症发生率。结果:研究组停手术率、日间转常规住院率及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼科日间手术患者全程无缝隙护理模式下的护理前移至住院前,可及时处理手术影响因素,减轻患者焦虑紧张心理,提高手术自我准备度,进行有针对性的院中护理干预,可保障手术顺利实施;院后延伸服务,有效提高患者出院后自我健康管理能力,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the application effect of"moving forward and postponing"mode in the management of patients with ophthalmic daytime surgery under seamless nursing.Methods:From January to December 2019,120 patients with daytime ophthalmic surgery were selected as the study group.120 patients with daytime ophthalmic surgery in 2018 were selected as the control group.The control group was given routine day hospitalization nursing,while the study group was given"moving forward and postponing"mode under seamless nursing based on the routine day hospitalization nursing.We compared the rate of discontinuation of surgery,the conversion rate to routine hospitalization of day and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the rate of discontinuation of surgery,the conversion rate to routine hospitalization of day and the incidence of postoperative complications all were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients undergoing day surgery in ophthalmology,nursing care under seamless nursing is moved to before hospitalization,it can timely deal with the influencing factors of operation,reduce the anxiety and tension of patients,improve the self preparation of operation,and carry out targeted nursing intervention in the hospital to ensure the smooth implementation of the operation.After hospital extended service can effectively improve the self-health management ability of patients after discharge and reduce the occurrence of complications.
