摘要
目的:探讨SBAR沟通方式联合品管圈护理带教模式在神经外科临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年11月神经外科护士实习生66名,随机分为两组,各33名。观察组应用SBAR沟通方式联合品管圈护理带教模式;对照组应用常规带教模式。比较两组护士实习生护理技能考核、教学质量及满意度情况。结果:观察组护理技能考核、教学质量及满意度各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经外科临床带教中应用SBAR沟通方式联合品管圈护理带教模式,能提高护士实习生护理技能,教学质量较好,护士实习生满意度高。
Objective:To explore the application effect of SBAR communication mode combined with quality control circle nursing teaching mode in neurosurgery clinical teaching.Methods:From May 2018 to November 2019,66 nursing students in neurosurgery department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The observation group used SBAR communication mode combined with quality control circle nursing teaching mode.The control group used conventional teaching mode.The nursing skill assessment,teaching quality and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores of nursing skill assessment,teaching quality and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical teaching of neurosurgery,the application of SBAR communication mode combined with quality control circle nursing teaching mode can improve the nursing skills of nursing students,the teaching quality is better,and the nursing students'satisfaction is high.
