改良式口腔护理在口腔颌面外科术后应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of improved oral care after oral and maxillofacial surgery

目的:探讨在口腔颌面部外科手术后采用改良式口腔护理的临床效果。方法:2019年1-12月收治实施口腔颌面部外科手术患者94例,随机分为两组,各47例。对照组采用常规口腔护理,试验组采用改良式口腔护理,比较两组口腔清洁效果优良率、术后并发症发生率、护理满意度及伤口愈合情况。结果:试验组口腔清洁优良率、伤口Ⅰ期愈合率及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对口腔颌面部外科手术患者采用改良式口腔护理,能够有效提高口腔清洁效果,可降低并发症发生率,有利于促进伤口的愈合。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified oral nursing after oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods:From January to December 2019,94 patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional oral care.The experimental group was given improved oral care.We compared the excellent and good rate of oral cleaning effect,incidence of postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction and wound healing between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the excellent and good rate of oral cleaning,primary healing rate of wound and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved oral care for patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery can effectively improve the effect of oral cleaning,reduce the incidence of complications and promote wound healing.
