在社区高血压护理管理中应用家庭签约服务的措施与效果分析

Measures and effect analysis of applying family contract service in community hypertension nursing management

目的:探究家庭签约服务应用于社区高血压护理管理中的措施和效果。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年9月社区高血压患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。试验组进行家庭签约服务管理,对照组进行社区常规护理管理,比较两组患者血压情况及遵医行为。结果:试验组护理后舒张压(DBP)和收缩压(SBP)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者各项遵医行为均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭签约服务应用于社区高血压护理管理中,降低了患者血压水平,提高了患者遵医行为意识。

Objective:To explore the measures and effect of applying family contract service in community hypertension nursing management.Methods:From August 2018 to September 2019,76 patients with hypertension in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The experimental group received family contract service management.The control group received routine community nursing management.The blood pressure and medical compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:In the experimental group,afternursing,diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance behaviors of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family contract service in community hypertension nursing management reduces the blood pressure level of patients and improves the awareness of compliance behavior.
