PDCA循环在提高医院感染管理质量中的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of PDCA cycle in improving the quality of hospital infection management

目的:分析PDCA循环在提高医院感染管理质量中的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年6月医护人员100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实行常规感染管理,观察组实行PDCA循环管理,比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组感染发生率低于对照组,手卫生合格率、理论和实践考核合格率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医院感染控制管理中,PDCA能够降低感染风险,提高手卫生、理论和实践考核合格率,能够促进感染管理质量的进一步提高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle in improving the quality of hospital infection management.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2020,100 medical staff in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group was subjected to conventional infection management.The observation group implemented PDCA cycle management.The management effectiveness between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than the control group,the pass rate of hand hygiene and the pass rate of theoretical and practical assessment are all higher than the control group,with the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the management of nosocomial infection,PDCA can reduce the risk of infection,improve the pass rate of hand hygiene and the pass rate of theoretical and practical assessment,it can promote the further improvement of infection management quality.
