我国社区卫生服务中心就诊病种分析

Analysis of disease types in community health service centers in China

目的:了解我国社区卫生服务中心主要就诊病种分布情况。方法:采用系统综述的方法,以“常见病、多发病、就诊病种、疾病谱”+“社区卫生服务中心”为检索词,检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台和维普等主要中文数据库,利用Note Express-四川大学图书馆版和Excel 2019进行文献筛选和数据分析。结果:共纳入47篇文献进行系统评价,结果发现社区卫生服务中心就诊记录以慢性非传染性疾病为主,尤其高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等慢性非传染性疾病流行情况严峻。结论:我国社区卫生服务中心为社区居民常见病诊疗的主要场所,应重点关注高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等慢性非传染性疾病,提升其诊疗能力。

Objective:To understand the distribution of main diseases in community health service centers in China.Methods:Using the method of systematic review,the main Chinese databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data knowledge service platform and VIP were searched with the key words of"common diseases,frequently occurring diseases,types of diseases visited,disease spectrum"+"community health service center",we used note Express-Sichuan University Library Edition and excel 2019 for literature screening and data analysis.Results:A total of 47 literatures were included for systematic evaluation.The results showed that chronic non communicable diseases were the main treatment records of community health service centers,especially hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease and other chronic non communicable diseases.Conclusion:China's community health service center is the main battlefield for diagnosis and treatment of common diseases among community residents,we should focus on hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease and other chronic non communicable diseases to improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment.
