构建区域性救护车检查质量控制体系应用研究

目的探究构建区域性救护车检查质量控制体系应用方法及效果。方法选择2017年10月—2018年3月期间佛山市某三级公立医院182辆120救护车作为研究对象,采用前后对照分组方法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组91辆,对照组采用常规方法进行120救护车急救物品配置及检查,研究组采用构建区域性救护车检查质量控制体系进行120救护车急救物品配置及检查,对比两组救护车急救物品的标识不清率、药品过期率、药品缺失量率、仪器设备的漏检率及院外救治的有效率。结果研究组救护车急救物品的标识不清率(2.4%)、药品过期率(0.0%)、药品缺失量率(2.4%)及救护车仪器设备的漏检率(0.0%)均显著低于对照组(24.4%)、(17.1%)、(22.0%)、(14.6%),研究组救护车院外救治的有效率(97.8%)显著高于对照组(83.52%),两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医院120救护车应用构建区域性救护车检查质量控制体系进行管理,不仅能有效降低救护车急救药品的过期率和缺失率,还能全面提升救护车院外救治的成功率。

Objective To explore the application method and effect of constructing regional ambulance inspection quality control system.Methods 182 ambulances used in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and study group with 91 ambulances in each group by random numerical table method.In the control group,the emergency items of 120 ambulances were configured and checked by routine methods,and the quality control system of regional ambulance inspection was established in the study group to carry out the configuration and inspection of emergency items in 120 ambulances,and the control effects of the two groups were compared.Results The identification rate of ambulance first aid items in study group was unclear(2.4%),drug expiration rate(0.0%),late replacement rate(2.4%),The false completion rate of first aid items(2.4%)and the rate of missing detection of ambulance equipment(0.0%)were significantly lower than those of the control group(24.4%),(17.1%),(22.0%),(17.1%),(14.6%).The effective rate of ambulances in the study group(97.6%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.9%).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 120 ambulances in hospital to construct regional ambulance inspection quality control.The management of the system can not only effectively reduce the false completion rate of ambulance first aid items and the missing rate of equipment,but also enhance the success rate of ambulance pre-hospital treatment.
