摘要
针对某金矿深部开采地压显现问题,设计采场结构参数及回采顺序优化方案,取消采场点柱,改为划分矿房、矿柱,布置小跨度采场回采。利用FLAC^3D软件,对不同矿房、矿柱跨度与分层采高的方案进行模拟,分别从应力、位移、塑性区3个方面进行分析,筛选出矿房跨度10 m、矿柱跨度8m、分层采高3.5m为最优参数。而后对比不同的矿房超前矿柱回采分层数方案,从开采经济技术条件角度确定矿房超前矿柱回采2分层为最佳方案。优化后的采矿方案取得了较好的现场应用效果,在保障安全的条件下提高了采场的生产能力,可推广应用。
Aiming at the problem of ground pressure behavior in deep mining of a gold mine,the optimization scheme of stope structure parameters and stoping sequence was designed.The stope point pillars were cancelled,the rooms and pillars were divided,and small span stopes was arranged for stoping.FLAC^3D software was used to simulate the schemes with different room spans,pillar spans and layered mining heights.The stress,displacement and plastic zone were analyzed respectively,and the optimal parameter was selected as room span of 10 m,pillar span of 8 mand layer mining height of 3.5 m.Then,by comparing schemes with different stoping layer numbers of room advance pillar,from the perspective of mining economic and technical conditions,the best scheme is determined as 2-layer mining with room advanced pillar.The optimized mining scheme has achieved a good field application effect and improved the production capacity of stope under the condition of ensuring safety,which has a certain applicability for popularization.
