摘要
为得到较优的充填料浆活化参数,实现高质量充填,针对全尾砂充填料浆,分析了其活化搅拌机理,研究了搅拌转速、搅拌时间与物料组成对搅拌质量的影响。结果表明:充填料浆搅拌过程中,料浆的活性还与机械力作用下产生的化学反应有关;物料灰砂比较小、物料浓度较低时,对于活化搅拌有利;尾砂越细,越需要活化搅拌,活化搅拌同时也可以起到降低水泥用量的作用。搅拌叶片的剪切速率为400s^-1时活化搅拌效果较好;充填料浆的质量随着搅拌时间增加先上升,在120s之后趋于稳定。
In order to obtain better activation parameters of filling slurry and to realize high quality filling,the activation stirring mechanism of full tailings filling slurry was analyzed,and the effects of stirring speed,stirring time and material composition on stirring quality were studied.The results show that,in the stirring process of the filling slurry,the slurry activity is related to the chemical reaction under the action of mechanical force.The small ratio of lime to sand and the low material concentration is favorable for activation stirring.The finer the tailings are,the more activation stirring is needed.At the same time,activation stirring can also reduce the effect of cement dosage.When the shear rate of stirring blade is 400 s^-1,the activation stirring effect is better;the quality of filling slurry increases first with the increase of stirring time,and then tends to be stable after120 s.
