Biomedicine relies on highly developed biopharmaceutical technology and the patent system plays a vital role in stimulating the innovation of biomedicine industry.By investigating the reform process of the patent system in the United States,which from the first inventor-file rule,to the provisional patent application,and then to the first inventor to file after the reform of the American Invention Act.This paper analyzes its innovative impact on the biomedical industry in the United States,and provides institutional reference and reference for us to establish the mechanism of promoting the innovation of biological drugs.
