摘要
采用HF-HNO3高压反应釜酸溶消解花岗伟晶岩地质样品和HF-HNO3-H2SO4混合酸电热板加热消解花岗伟晶岩地质样品,以电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定两种方法溶解样品所得溶液中锂、铍、铌、钽、铷、铯6元素。对比试验得出,用高压反应釜溶解样品所测得的6种元素结果更稳定更准确,尤其避免了含量较高的铌、钽结果偏低的问题,还可以同时测定。选择试验方法对岩石标准物质中锂、铍、铷、铯、铌、钽元素进行分析,测定结果与标准值基本一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)均小于4%,方法的检出限为0.022~0.067μg/g。
Granitic-pegmatite geological samples were dissolved by acid solution in HF-HNO3 autoclave and by heating HF-HNO3-H2SO4 mixed acid plate.Six elements of Li、Be、Rb、Cs、Nb and Ta were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The determined results of 6 elements dissolved in autoclave were more stable and accurate.In particular,the low determined results of Nb and Ta with high content are avoided.Specially,six elements can be determined simultaneously by HF-HNO3 dissolving samples in autoclave.The analysis of Li、Be、Rb、Cs、Nb and Ta in rock standard materials was carried out by selective test method.The results are basically consistent with the standard values.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=11)of Li、Be、Rb、Cs、Nb and Ta are all less than 4%,The Detection limit was 0.022μg/g^0.067μg/g.
