摘要 通过对察尔汗盐湖别勒滩矿区多年的开采与动态监测分析,“固体钾矿的浸泡式溶解转化(固转液)”技术变静态疏干式开采为动态驱动式开采,颠覆了传统开采模式,大幅度增加了可采资源储量。有效采出传统开采方法难以采出的地层中低品位固体钾矿,提升了钾盐矿的资源利用率和盐湖资源综合利用水平,延长了矿山服务年限,实现了可溶性盐湖矿山的绿色开发,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。 Through years of mining and dynamic monitoring analysis of Bieletan mining area in Qarhan Salt Lake,the technology of"Immersion Dissolution and transformation Method for solid potassium ore(Solid-liquid conversion)"has changed from static dredging dried mining to dynamic driven mining,overturning the traditional mining mode and greatly increasing the recoverable resource reserves.The effective extraction of low-grade solid potassium ore in the strata which is difficult to be produced by traditional mining methods has improved the utilization rate of potash ore resources and the comprehensive utilization level of salt lake resources,extended the service life of mines,and realized the green development of soluble salt lake mines,which has good application prospect and popularization value.
