摘要 空气污染已成为影响人体健康的主要因素之一,长期暴露于污染的环境可给呼吸系统带来多种负面影响。其中空气致癌物可通过多种途径导致肺癌的发生发展。因此,国际癌症研究所将室外空气污染定义为Ⅰ类致癌物。核因子活化B细胞κ轻链增强子又被称为NF-κB,是一种控制DNA转录的蛋白复合物。NF-κB几乎存在于所有的细胞中,且对肿瘤、炎症、自体免疫疾病、免疫发育以及病毒感染等多种领域都具有重要的调节作用。近年来对NF-κB的研究逐步增多,本文将对NF-κB在空气污染相关肺癌中的研究进展作一综述。 Air pollution is one of the main negative factors affecting human health.Long-term exposure to air pollution has been correlated with many respiratory disorders.Outdoor air pollution,classified as classⅠcarcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer,contributes to the occurrence of lung cancer via various mechanisms.Nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells,also called NF-κB,is a protein complex that regulates DNA transcription.NF-κB is expressed in most cells and plays a significant role in the tumor,inflammation,autoimmune disease,development of the immune system,and viral infection.In recent years,researches on NF-κB have been increased gradually.This article will review the research progress on NF-κB in air pollution-related lung cancer.
