血液透析疗法在慢性肾功能衰竭中的应用疗效和对肾功能的影响

Application efficacy of hemodialysis therapy in chronic renal failure and its influence on renal function

目的探讨血液透析疗法在慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效和对肾功能的影响。方法选择阳江市人民医院肾内科2017年10月~2019年10月收治的102例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各51例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上联合血液透析疗法。比较两组的疗效、肾功能变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的肾小球滤过率、血尿素氮及血清肌酐水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗联合血液透析疗法明显提升慢性肾功能衰竭患者的治愈率,缓解肾功能,患者的预后效果更佳,临床上可广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of hemodialysis therapy on the clinical efficacy and renal function of patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic renal failure who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology of People′s Hospital of Yangjiang from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group used conventional treatment,and the study group combined hemodialysis therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.The application effects of different treatment methods,changes in various indicators of renal function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the glomerular filtration,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatinine levels of the study group were lower than than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with hemodialysis therapy significantly improves the cure rate of patients with chronic renal failure and relieves renal function.The prognosis of patients is better,and it can be widely used clinically.
