膝关节封闭实验在膝关节骨性关节炎微创治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of knee joint closure experiment in minimally invasive treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨膝关节封闭实验在膝关节骨性关节炎微创治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2018年12月南昌市洪都中医院收治的100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表方法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用常规微创治疗方法,观察组患者采用微创治疗膝关节封闭实验方法。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后膝关节疼痛程度评分、关节Lysholm评分、关节炎生活质量问卷(AIMS2-SF)评分、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛症状消失时间及关节活动度恢复正常时间。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的膝关节疼痛程度评分、关节Lysholm评分、AIMS2-SF评分及hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的关节Lysholm评分高于对照组,膝关节疼痛程度评分、AIMS2-SF评分及hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛症状消失时间、关节活动度恢复正常时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者实施微创治疗膝关节封闭实验治疗可获得较好的效果,可更好地缓解疼痛,对炎症进行控制,改善关节功能,并改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of knee joint closure experiment in minimally invasive treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional minimally invasive treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive knee joint closed experiment.The curative effect,the knee pain degree score,joint Lysholm score,a short form of the arthritis impact measurement scales 2(AIMS2-SF)score,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)level before and after treatment,time for knee osteoarthritis pain to disappear and time for joint range of motion recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The total effect rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in knee pain degree score,joint Lysholm score,AIMS2-SF score and hs-CRP level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the knee joint pain score,AIMS2-SF score and hs-CRP level were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for knee osteoarthritis pain to disappear and joint range of motion recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of knee joint closed experiment for patients with knee osteoarthritis can obtain a favorable effect on alleviating pain,controlling inflammation,improving joint function,and ameliorating the quality of life of the patients.
