磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用

Clinical application of magnetic attachments in oral restoration

目的探讨磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用效果。方法选取辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院2018年11月~2019年12月收治的牙列缺损患者78例作为研究对象,根据入院顺序的奇偶数分为对照组(39例)和研究组(39例)。对照组患者接受常规方式进行修复,研究组患者采用磁性附着体在患者口中余留牙、残根、残冠上覆盖义齿修复治疗,比较两组的咀嚼效率、牙齿的固定力。结果粘固当时、粘固1.5个月后,研究组患者的咀嚼效率和固定力均高于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者粘固后的外观、舒适度及语音评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过3个月的随访,研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁性附着体在牙列缺损患者口腔修复中的临床应用效果良好,同时义齿固定性稳定,值得全面推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of magnetic attachments in oral restoration.Methods A total of 78 patients with dentition defect from November 2018 to December 2019 in Liaoning Health Industry Group Iron Coal General Hospital were selected as the study objects,according to the odd and even number of admission order,they were divided into control group(39 cases)and study group(39 cases).The patients in the control group were repaired by routine methods,the patients in the study group were treated with magnetic attachments to restore residual teeth,residual roots and overdentures on residual crowns.The mastication efficiency and fixation force were compared in the two groups.Results At the time of cementation and 1.5 months after cementation,the mastication efficiency and fixation force of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group during the same period,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The appearance,comfort and voice scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group after cementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of magnetic attachment in dentition defect patients is good,and the stability of denture is stable,which is worth popularizing.
