优质护理干预在行胃镜下食管曲张静脉结扎术治疗食管胃底静脉曲张患者围术期的应用

Application of high quality nursing intervention in endoscopic variceal ligation for patients with esophageal and gastric varices during perioperative period

目的探讨优质护理干预在行胃镜下食管曲张静脉结扎术治疗食管胃底静脉曲张患者围术期的应用。方法选择2018年1月~2019年12月江西省抚州市第一人民医院收治的88例食管胃底静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各44例。两组行胃镜下食管曲张静脉结扎术,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行优质护理干预,两组连续干预2周。观察两组的心理状况、日常生生活质量及护理满意度。结果两组干预2周后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于干预前,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能及物质生活状态评分高于干预前,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管胃底静脉曲张患者胃镜下食管曲张静脉结扎术围术期优质护理干预,可有效改善患者心理状况,提高患者生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application of high quality nursing intervention in endoscopic variceal ligation for patients with esophageal and gastric varices during perioperative period.Methods A total of 88 patients with esophageal and gastric varices who were admitted to Fuzhou First People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,44 cases in each group.Two groups underwent endoscopic variceal ligation,control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given high quality nursing intervention based on the control group,with 2 weeks of intervention in two groups.The psychological status,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in two groups were observed.Results After intervention for 2 weeks,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social function,physical function,mental function and material life status in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for esophageal and gastric varices patients with endoscopic variceal ligation during perioperative period can improve psychological status,increase quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
