围术期心理护理在准分子飞秒激光手术治疗近视中的应用

Application of perioperative psychological nursing in excimer femtosecond laser surgery for myopia

目的探讨围术期的心理护理在准分子飞秒激光手术治疗近视中的效果。方法选取2016年4月~2018年5月大连市第三人民医院收治的81例近视患者作为研究对象,根据随机摸球法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(41例)。对照组采用围术期的常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用心理护理,比较两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分、遵医依从度、屈光度、裸眼视力。结果观察组护理后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,CD-RISC评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的遵医总依从度为97.6%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的屈光度、裸眼视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论围术期的心理护理在准分子飞秒激光手术治疗近视的效果显著,能改善患者负面情绪及遵医依从度,可在临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative psychological nursing on excimer femtosecond laser surgery for myopia.Methods A total of 81 patients with myopic admitted to Dalian Third People′s Hospital from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=41)by grasping balls.Patients in the control group received routine perioperative nursing,and in the observation group,psychological nursing was added on the basis of the control group.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),compliance rate with medical treatment,diopter,uncorrected visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the CD-RISC score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was 97.6%,higher than that of the control group,accounting for 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diopter and uncorrected visual acuity between the two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Perioperative psychological nursing has a significant effect on treating myopia using excimer femtosecond laser surgery.It can reduce patients′negative emotions and increase their medical treatment compliance,which is worthy of promotion.
