预见性护理对小儿头皮静脉输液不良事件的预防效果

Preventive effect of predictive nursing on adverse events of scalp vein infusion in children

目的探讨预见性护理对小儿头皮静脉输液不良事件的预防效果。方法选取2018年7月~2019年8月大连医科大学附属第二医院行头皮静脉输液102例患儿,采用抽签法分为观察组(51例)和对照组(51例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理,干预结束后,比较两组的输液不良事件发生率、患儿家属护理满意度。结果观察组的输液不良事件总发生率(5.88%)低于对照组(21.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预结束后,观察组的护理总满意度(96.08%)高于对照组(82.35%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头皮静脉输液患儿采用预见性护理措施干预可有效减少输液过程中不良事件发生率,可提高患儿家属护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of predictive nursing on adverse events of scalp vein infusion in children.Methods From July 2018 to August 2019,102 children with scalp vein infusion treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University were selected and divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases)by drawing lots.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given predictive care.After the intervention,the incidence of adverse events of infusion and the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of infusion adverse events in the observation group(5.88%)was lower than that in the control group(21.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group(96.08%)was higher than that in the control group(82.35%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of predictive nursing measures for children with scalp vein transfusion can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events during the infusion process,improve the nursing satisfaction of the children′s family members,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
