交直流混合配电网直流故障限流器拓扑及工作原理综述 被引量:6

摘要 随着分布式电源和电力电子类负荷的高比例接入,交直流混合配电网受到广泛关注和实践探索,其中直流短路故障的电流限制是交直流混合配电网研究热点,为此重点讨论几种典型的直流故障限流器和工作原理。首先,总结了交直流混合配电网中直流故障限流器的性能参数要求,包括直流故障限流器工程应用场景与电压等级;其次,详细分析了超导型、机械开关型和多功能新型直流故障限流器等3类典型直流故障限流器的电路拓扑结构与工作原理,重点讨论了上述不同类型直流故障限流器工作过程、性能特征以及所存在的不足。最后,对未来交直流混合配电网直流故障限流器发展趋势进行了展望。 With the high proportion of distributed energy and power electronic load access,the AC-DC hybrid power distribution network has been widely concerned and explored in practice and the current limitation of DC short circuit fault is the research hotspot.Therefore,this paper focuses on several typical types and working principles of the DC fault current limiter.Firstly,it summarizes the performance parameters of DC fault limiter in AC-DC hybrid distribution network,including engineering application scenarios and voltage levels.Secondly,it analyzes the circuit topology structure and working principles of three typical DC fault limiters in details,which are superconducting type,mechanical switching type and multifunctional type.The paper emphatically discusses the working process,performance characteristics and disadvantages of these different types of the DC fault limiter.Finally,it prospects the development trend of the DC fault limiter in AC-DC hybrid distribution network briefly.
