凹形刃口钻头钻削印制电路板刀具磨损及孔壁质量研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用全因子试验法对汽车用印制电路板进行钻削试验,研究了凹形刃口钻头在寿命达2000孔时采用不同加工参数下对刀具磨损的影响规律;理论分析了不同玻纤角度切削加工时对孔壁粗糙度的影响规律;分别研究了凹形刃口钻头在新刀和寿命2000孔时采用不同加工参数下对孔壁质量的影响规律。结果表明:在相同转速下,随着进给速度增大,刀具后刀面磨损呈减小趋势;在相同进给速度下,随着主轴转速增加,刀具后刀面磨损呈增大趋势;新刀钻削加工时,随着进给速度增大,孔壁粗糙度呈增大趋势,随着主轴转速增加,孔壁粗糙度呈减小趋势。在寿命2000孔、每转进给量在0.06mm/r时,孔壁粗糙度质量最佳,在本文试验条件下凹形刃口钻头加工寿命至2000孔的孔壁粗糙度质量均表现优秀。 The full-factor experiment is used to drill the automotive PCB,and the influence of the concave edge twist drill bits on tool wear under different drilling parameters at the tool life of 2000 holes is studied.The influence of different angles of glass fiber on drilling processing is analyzed,and the influence of the concave edge twist drill bits on wall roughness under different drilling parameters are studied at the tool life of 0 H and 2000 holes.The experimental results show that the tool wear decreases with the increase of infeed rate at the same spindle speed,and the tool wear increases with the increase of the spindle speed at the same infeed rate.The hole wall roughness increases with the increase of infeed rate and the decrease of spindle speed at the tool life of 0 holes.The PCB shows the best hole wall roughness when chipload is around 0.06 mm/r under the tool life of 2000 holes.The hole wall roughness of PCB drilled by concave edge twist drills are excellent under the drilling parameters within the range of experimental design up to 2000 holes.
