General Secretary Xi Jinping's four important conclusions about morality and talent cultivation logically start with the abstract implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent,focus on university's function of educating people and cultivating morality through ideological and political work,and end with concrete thinking on how to cultivate morality via ideological and political theories teaching.The fundamental point is to create a more human-oriented,more balanced and more adequate educational environment for all-round development of human beings;the aim is to release the social nature of human beings and deliver“four services”;the key is to build an integrated mechanism so all people are involved in students all-round development all the way.
