Since 2008,Northeast Normal University has witness a phenomenal emergence of talented ideological and political workers.This is the combined result of the university's professional platforms,sound mechanisms,talent strategy,team culture,employment policy,scientific research and outstanding leadership.NENU's experience is of universal significance both theoretically and practically to the team construction of ideological and political workers across the country.
