摘要
对2000-2020年间我国高校辅导员职业能力研究的316篇核心期刊论文进行文献计量与知识图谱分析,存在核心作者发文量占比低、核心区期刊对高被引论文的贡献度偏低、研究方法较为单一、个别方向研究接近空白等问题。未来,应以政策制度为重要依托、以团队建设为主要支撑、以内容创新为核心任务,突破研究瓶颈、提升研究质量、促进学科内源发展。
This paper is a bibliometric analysis of 316 articles on the occupational ability of China's college advisors published in the core journals during 2000—2020 with the mapping knowledge domains method.Normal universities are the major force of research related to advisors occupational ability.The number of articles published by the key authors is proportionally small;of the most cited papers of the core journals,only a small part is contributed by these articles.Also,the methodology is often too simple and some areas remain to be gaps waiting to be filled.Improvement of the situation depends on good policies and sound systems and the key is team building.To break the bottleneck and promote the endogenous development of research around advisors' occupational ability,efforts must be focused on content innovation and quality improvement.
