升降桌使用功效与站-坐时间设定文献综述 被引量:2

摘要 选取18篇设定严格站姿或站-坐时间的文献,梳理了文献中升降桌的使用功效,比较人们对不同作业姿势的偏好,并从中提炼关于升降桌站-坐时间设定的量化信息.从统计结果来看,采用站姿或站-坐交替的模式对作业绩效、下肢水肿及脊柱萎缩等指标的影响不显著,但有助于增强身体变动频率、心率与能量消耗水平.基于个体主观反馈的不适感评价显示,被测人员偏好站-坐交替模式,坐姿次之,站姿效果最差.根据研究结论的比较分析,本文建议将单一作业姿势所引发的不适感作为设定站-坐时间的主要指标,并将其与肌电信号等生理指标相结合以提升可信度,而坐姿时间的设定应大于站姿时间. Research on the sit-stand desk’s efficacy has been highlighted in recent years.This study reviews 18 articles that are with specific work on sit-stand time setting.According to the selected literature,standing or sit-stand pattern doesn’t influence work performance,foot swelling and spinal shrinkage significantly;it,however,does enhance posture variation,heart rate and energy consumption.The assessment of subjective self-rating of discomfort shows that sitting is better-rated than standing,and sit-stand pattern outperforms sitting.Based on these results,it is suggested that discomfort should be taken as the essential factor to determine the sit-stand duration,which needs to be further combined with the electromyography(EMG)to enhance credibility,and sitting duration should be set as longer than standing duration.
