特高压调相机主厂房不规则结构抗震性能研究

摘要 特高压调相机设备主厂房通常呈现复杂性强的不规则结构,在地震中易丧失功能从而造成损失,研究特高压调相机主厂房不规则结构的抗震性能。根据原型结构特点,选取3跨4层并按照1∶8的缩尺比例,设计特高压调相机主厂房不规则结构模型,展开抗震性能拟动力和拟静力试验。研究结果表明:伴随地震作用力的增加,结构模型的基底剪力和顶点位移逐渐增大,结构刚度退化严重;滞回耗能量逐渐增加,达到屈服状态后其滞回耗能增加较小,表明结构模型的耗能存在一定限度;结构模型整体损伤过程中,相较于框架,排架会担负较多的水平作用剪力,排架担负剪力与总剪力比值不超过8%;地震波输入峰值加速度为2000gal时,结构模型的最大层间位移角为1/125,符合抗震设计标准。 The main plant of UHV camera equipment usually presents the complex irregular structure,which is easy to lose its function in the earthquake and thus causes the loss.According to the characteristics of the prototype structure,the irregular structure model of the main workshop of UHV phase modulator was designed with 3 spans and 4 floors and the scale of 1∶8.The results show that with the increase of seismic forces,the base shear force and the vertex displacement of the structural model gradually increase,and the structural stiffness degrades seriously.The hysteretic energy consumption increases gradually,and the hysteretic energy consumption increases less after reaching the yield state.In the overall damage process of the structural model,compared with the frame,the truss will bear more horizontal shear force,and the ratio of the truss to the total shear force is less than 8%.When the input peak acceleration of seismic wave is 2000gal,the maximum inter-layer displacement angle of the structural model is 1/125,which conforms to the seismic design standard.
