水泥稳定钢渣碎石配合比设计及疲劳性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为推广水泥稳定钢渣碎石半刚性基层材料的应用,参照水泥稳定碎石配合比设计方法优选矿料级配和钢渣掺量,研究水泥稳定钢渣碎石疲劳性能。结果表明:骨架密实结构细型级配的水泥稳定碎石结构稳定,抗压强度满足高速公路半刚性基层强度设计要求;随钢渣掺量增加,水泥稳定钢渣碎石最大干密度和浸水膨胀率线性提高,CBR和抗弯拉强度先增大后减小;弯拉疲劳寿命与弯拉强度相关,当钢渣掺量为90%,低应力水平下水泥稳定钢渣碎石疲劳寿命降低显著。 In order to promote the application of cement-stabilized steel slag crushed stone semi-rigid base materials,the mineral gradation and steel slag content were optimized with reference to the cement-stabilized crushed stone mix design method to study the fatigue performance of cement stabilized steel slag crushed stone.The results show that the fine-grained cement stabilized gravel with dense skeleton structure is stable and the compressive strength meets the design requirements of the semi-rigid base strength of the highway;with the increase of the amount of steel slag,the maximum dry density of the cement stabilized steel slag gravel and the linear expansion rate of water infiltration CBR and flexural tensile strength increase at the first and then decrease.The fatigue life of flexural and tensile strength is related to the flexural and tensile strength.When the amount of steel slag is 90%,the fatigue life of cement stabilized steel slag crushed stone is significantly reduced at low stress levels.
