纤维改性多孔沥青混合料路用性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为提高多孔沥青路面性能,以沥青和OGFC-13沥青混合料为研究对象,比选纤维类型并分析纤维掺量对沥青混合料路用性能影响。结果表明:玻璃纤维与沥青黏结性能良好,玻璃纤维较玄武岩纤维和钢纤维改性高黏沥青混合料稳定度分别提高了6.7%和14.3%;0.2%玻璃纤维掺量的基质沥青混合料和0.4%玻璃纤维掺量的高黏沥青混合料低温抗裂性良好;玻璃纤维掺量≥0.2%,基质沥青混合料水稳定性变差;0.6%掺量玻璃纤维的高黏沥青混合料较未掺纤维混合料冻融强度比降低较明显,降低了11.5%。建议选用0.4%掺量的玻璃纤维增强多孔沥青混合料路用性能。 In order to improve the performance of porous asphalt pavement,the asphalt and OGFC-13 asphalt mixture was taken as the research object,the fiber types were compared and the effect of fiber content on the asphalt mixture road performance was analyzed.The results show that glass fiber and asphalt have good bonding performance,and the stability of glass fiber is improved by 6.7%and 14.3%compared to basalt fiber and steel fiber modified high viscosity asphalt mixture;0.2%glass fiber content of matrix asphalt mixture and 0.4%glass fiber content of high viscosity asphalt mixture has good low temperature crack resistance;glass fiber content≥0.2%,the water stability of matrix asphalt mixture becomes worse;the freezing-thawing strength ratio of the high-viscosity asphalt mixture with 0.6%glass fiber was significantly lower than that of the non-fiber mixture,which was 11.5%lower.It is recommended to use 0.4%glass fiber reinforced porous asphalt mixture for road performance.
