基于气与津液相互关系论干眼

Discussion of dry eye based on relationship between qi and body fluid

眼表微环境中的泪液输布是人体一身之津液输布的一部分,虽与人体的五脏六腑皆有联系,但主要与肺气行水、肾气蒸腾、脾气布散密切相关,在眼表微环境下则表现为气与津液的相互作用关系。津气互生,化生泪液,共荣眼表;气能行津、摄津,推动控制泪液分泌;津可载气,两者同行共存。气津和合,眼表泪膜稳态平衡协调;气津不和,则泪膜稳态失衡,变生干眼。久病者多终致气阴两亏之证,治疗在四诊合参,辨证论治的基础上,以益气养阴生津为主则。

The distribution of tears in the ocular surface microenvironment is a part of the body fluid infusion.Although it is related to the five zang viscera and six fu organs,it is closely related to“lung qi promoting water circulation,the transpiration of kidney qi and the distribution of Spleen qi”.In the ocular surface microenvironment,the interaction between qi and body fluid is shown.Qi and body fluid can be transformed into each other and turn into tears,then moisturizing eye surface.Qi can move and solidify body fluid,which can promote as well as control of tear secretion.Body fluid can carry qi and coexist with each other.If qi and body fluid are in harmony,the tear film on the ocular surface is balanced and coordinated;if the qi and body fluid are not in harmony,the tear film will be out of balanced and cause dry eye.The chronically ill patients often end up with the syndrome deficiency of qi and yin on the basis of four diagnostic and syndrome differentiation and treatment.Invigorating qi,nourishing yin and generating body fluid is the main treatment methods.
