摘要
介绍了大型体育场屋面G10MnMoV6-3低合金钢索盖铸件的欧标规范要求。通过索盖首件铸造及热处理试验,发现了索盖铸造及热处理工艺难点,优化了索盖的化学成分,调整索盖与试块的淬火、回火热处理工艺及操作规程。结果表明,索盖力学性能合格,满足欧标规范对大型体育场的要求。
European standard requirements for low alloy steel casting G10 MnMOV6-3 of cable cover in large stadium roof were introduced. By the first casting and heat treatment test of cable cover, the technical difficulties of cable cover casting and heat treatment were found, the chemical composition of the cable cover was optimized, and the quenching and tempering heat treatment process and ope ration rules of cable cover and test block were adjusted. The results show that the mechanical properties of the cable cover are qualified and meet the requirements of the European standard code for large stadiums.
