摘要
采用不同的搅拌转速、搅拌时间和浇注温度进行了机械护罩用铝基复合材料试样的制备,并进行了磨损性能和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随搅拌转速、搅拌时间和浇注温度的增加,铝基复合材料试样的磨损体积先减小后缓慢增大,抗拉强度缓慢增大后略有减小,断后伸长率变化不大,耐磨损性能先提升后缓慢下降。和200r/min搅拌转速相比,400 r/min搅拌铸造时试样的磨损体积减小了31.58%,抗拉强度增大了12 MPa;和10 min搅拌时间相比,30 min搅拌铸造时试样的磨损体积减小了27.78%,抗拉强度增大了11 MPa;和690℃浇注温度相比,720℃搅拌浇注时试样的磨损体积减小了35%,抗拉强度增大了14 MPa。
The preparation of the aluminum matrix composite samples for mechanical shield was carried out by using different stirring speeds, stirring time and pouring temperatures. The wear and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of stirring speed, stirring time and pouring temperature, the wear volume of aluminum matrix composites decreases first and then increases slowly, the tensile strength increases first slowly and then decreases slightly, the elongation after break does not change much, the wear resistance first improves and then decreases slowly.Compared with those of 200 r/min stirring speed, when the stirring speed is 400 r/min, the wear volume of the specimen is reduced by 31.58%, and the tensile strength is increased by 12 MPa. Compared with those of 10 min stirring time, when the stirring casting is 720 ℃, the wear volume of the sample is decreased by 35% and the tensile strength is increased by 14 MPa.
