锻造工艺对TC17钛合金锻件组织性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了近β锻和β锻工艺对TC17钛合金锻件组织性能的影响。结果表明,β锻的锻件强度、塑性及断裂韧性等综合力学性能较好;近β锻虽然强度和塑性优于β锻,但其断裂韧性较差。TC17合金整体叶盘锻造应选用β锻工艺。 The influences of near-β forging and β forging process on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC17 titanium alloy forgings were investigated. The results show that the strength, plasticity and fracture toughness of forgings by βforging are good. Although the strength and plasticity of near-β forging are better than that of β forging, the fracture toughness of near-β forging process is poor. The forging of TC17 alloy blisk is to be used for β forging process.
