摘要
马坑铁矿原设计采用无底柱分段崩落采矿法,因为开采范围内地表被划为生态保护林区,不允许地表塌陷,且考虑到日益严格的安全和环保要求,改为采用充填法开采。在充填材料实验室试验的基础上,通过分析研究,提出了马坑铁矿全尾砂结构流胶结充填工艺,并进行了充填系统的研究、设计和建设。工业试验表明,马坑铁矿充填系统单套制备充送能力达到150~180 m^3/h,灰砂比1∶3~1∶20可调,单套系统连续充填超过125 h,制备输送充填料浆超过1.8万m^3,制备的充填料浆进入采场不离析、不脱水,达到了结构流状态,年制备输送充填料浆可达147万m^3,满足马坑铁矿500万t/a的产能下空区充填要求。马坑铁矿充填系统的建成使用,为马坑铁矿安全、高效、绿色开采提供了支撑。
Original design of Makeng iron mine adopts sublevel caving mining method without bottom pillar,because the surface within of the mining area is classified as ecological protection forest area,no surface collapse allowed and increasingly stringent safety and environmental requirements,thereby filling mining method was adopted instead.On the basis of laboratory test of filling materials,this paper proposed the whole tailings structural flow cemented filling technology of Makeng iron mine through analysis and research,the research,design and construction of the filling system were carried out.The industrial test showed that the filling capacity of Makeng iron mine filling system can reach 150-180 m^3/h,cement sand ratio 1∶3-1∶20 adjustable,continuous filling of single system for more than 125 h,more than 18000 m^3 filling slurry was prepared and transported,the prepared filling slurry entered into the stope without segregation or dehydration and reached the state of structural flow,the annual preparation and transportation of filling slurry can reach 1.47 million m^3,meeting the filling requirements of empty area under the capacity of 5 million t/a in Makeng iron mine.The completion and application of the filling system in Makeng iron mine can provide support for safe,efficient and green mining of Makeng iron mine.
