基于“治未病”思想探讨慢性乙型肝炎携带者健康管理模式的构建思路

Construction Ideas of Health Management Model for Asymptomatic HVB Carriers Based on the Thinking of"Preventive Treatment of Disease"

通过对慢性乙型肝炎携带者(chronic asymptomatic hepatitis B virus carriers,ASC)的诊治现状、中医药在ASC管理与防治中的优势进行分析,探讨对ASC实施"治未病"管理的必要性及管理思路。借鉴以往的管理经验,提出构建以"治未病"思想为指导的ASC全程健康管理模式的思路。其内容包括:1)建立综合辨病模式和长期随访体系;2)建立多途径的ASC中医药特色疗法干预体系;3)重视和加强ASC的情志管理与干预;4)充分运用中医"治未病"和养生理论加强对患者的生活方式管理。

Through analyzing the current state of diagnosing and treating asymptomatic HBV carrier(ASC),and the advantages of TCM in the management, prevention and treatment of ASC, the necessity of carrying out "preventive treatment of disease" management for ASC and management thinking were discussed. By drawing lessons from previous management experience, the thinking of ASC whole process health management mode was constructed under the guidance of "preventive treatment of disease" thinking. Its contents contained:1)establishing comprehensive disease differentiation mode and long-term follow-up system;2) building up multi-way intervention system of ASC TCM-featured therapy;3)emphasizing and enhancing emotional management and intervention of ASC;4)enhancing the patients′ lifestyle management through fully using the theory of "preventive treatment of disease" and life nurturing.
