丹芩消郁合剂联合他莫昔芬治疗肝郁化火型乳腺增生病64例

Danqin Xiaoyu Mixture and Tamoxifen in the Treatment for 64 Patients with Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands of Liver Stagnation Transforming into Fire Pattern

目的:观察丹芩消郁合剂联合他莫昔芬治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将182例患者根据就诊时间随机分为3组,分别为丹芩消郁组、他莫西芬组和联合用药组,给予相应药物治疗2个月经周期,比较3组患者中医证候积分,症状积分及不良反应发生率。结果:中医证候积分治疗前后3组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医症候疗效指数联合用药组高于丹芩消郁组和他莫昔芬组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛积分、肿块积分治疗前后3组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),中医症状疗效指数联合用药组高于丹苓消郁组和他莫昔芬组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).不良反应发生率丹芩消郁合剂组3.27%(2/61),他莫昔芬组1.75%(1/57),联合用药组1.56%(1/64),3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:丹芩消郁合剂具有清肝泻火作用,可治疗肝郁化火型乳腺增生病患者,与他莫昔芬联合使用治疗效果更好,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective: To study clinical effects of Danqin Xiaoyu mixture and tamoxifen in the treatment for hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods: A total of 182 patients were divided into three groups according to visiting time, Danqin Xiaoyu mixture group, tamoxifen group and the combination group, and they were treated for two menstrual cycles respectively, to compare TCM syndrome scales, symptom scales and the incidence of adverse reaction. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in TCM syndrome scales among three groups before and after treating(P <0.05). Therapeutic index of TCM syndrome in the combination group was higher than that of Danqin Xiaoyu mixture group and tamoxifen group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P <0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in pain scores and lump integrals among three groups before and after treating(P <0.05). Therapeutic index of TCM symptom in the combination group was higher than that of Danqin Xiaoyu mixture group and tamoxifen group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in Danqin Xiaoyu mixture group was 3.27%(2/61), that in tamoxifen group 1.75%(1/57) and the combination group 1.56%(1/64), and the difference had no statistical meaning(P >0.05). Conclusion: Danqin Xiaoyu mixture could clear liver and fire, it could treat hyperplasia of mammary glands, its combination with tamoxifen show better therapeutic effects with low incidence of adverse reaction.
